My name is David Nicholls I am 11 years old. At school people call meI Love to live in KINGS’ CLIPSTONE this is a great place to live. I love to play football on the park. There are lots of things you can do like going to Sherwood pines on a bike ride there are lots of different trails you can take. There is a motor bike track. I like motor bikes a lot my friend Mathew Wood and Alec have motor bikes I will be getting one soon. There is a BMX track which is very good. There is a 2 mile a 4 mile and a 6 mile track I am going to go there when I get my new bike in.There is a computer place called NS College which is great to work in. I would love to go there when I am older. I would love to see the football field being done up with new netting put on the posts and a long row of bushes to show were the pitch ends .___________________________________________________
My name is Matthew Wood and I have a brother called Martin Wood. I am 12 years old and my brother Martin is 8 years old. We have a mad dog called Terry. WE live in Kings Clipstone in a old chapel. Our nick name is We play football for Robin Hood Colts. My brother Martin plays for the under 9’s and I play for the under 12’s. My brother’s team have won there league and came runners up in the GT knock out cup to a team called A.D.A.S.C . My team aren’t so good we finished 5th out of 8 teams in the league. Sometimes we go for a bike ride up to Sherwood pines with my friends David Nicholls, Alec Lane and Sam Smith. We go round all the different tracks. There are 3 different routs there’s a 2mile course a 4 mile and a 6 mile course we mostly go round the 2 mile course. There’s also a BMX track ,which is about 10 minutes cycle away. Me and my brother are getting new bikes for our birthdays Martin’s birthday is on July 23rd and my birthday is on September 8th. We support BLACKBURN ROVERSAre mum and dad works at a Garage in Clipstone. There is a motor cross track opposite the BMX track where my mate Brendan races. On Sunday mornings I sometimes go for a ride on a motor bike as a passenger. Mostly every weekend me and my brother and friends go for a game of football. There is a field which has 2 sets of goals and 1 net. All the people who play on the field helped to plant a hedge. I think it’s about time for a good cut and anew set of nets so do all my friends and my brother. I go to Rufford school in Edwinstowe and my brother goes to King Edwin Primary School in Edwinstowe. |
