Backing two horses in the same race puts many people off before they look into the method because of the fact that whatever happens you will lose money one on of them. This method of betting can however be very profitable in the right hands.
Most horse races can be reduced to the few runners the have realistic chance quite quickly so starting at this point find the two horse that should have the best chance and back them with differing amounts according to the prices of the two horses.
Example
Horse (A) 2/1
Horse (B) 3/1
To return a set amount use the following method.
To return £100 divide 100 by the price of Horse A +1, =100/3,
=33.33
Do the same for Horse B =100/4, =25.00
Stake on A= £33.33
Stake on B= £25.00
Outlay= £58.33 Returns=£100 Profit=£41.77
This is a very good return considering that we have backed two runners. Using
this method
will provide a regular profit if you place your bets when you can see know
other outcomes.
You will lose on some races of course but you should come out on top if you
select your
races with care.
