Once again the training is done on a one to one basis for the trainee to gain maximum input as this part is far the hardest of the three tests. Again this is completed by a very experienced and highly qualified Instructor who will keep records and notes of the progress, as will be done throughout the while course
The first part of the exam involves the Examiner role-playing the part of a novice or part trained pupil. He will expect a briefing on the subject, and then instruction on it pointing out any faults that he will commit during the duration of the exercise.
The second session the Examiner will role-play a pupil of a trained stage, where generally more faults will occur. A trainee will then be expected to keep control of the lesson, pick up on the various driving faults, for a pupil who is at a reasonable level of driving tuition.
During the training sessions one lesson of the 10 set tests will be conducted thoroughly, and there is no point in going onto another subject until the one being taught is fully understood. It must be understood that the Examiner is also a professional, and is very good, and thorough in his scenario as a pupil, as our clients will find.
Trainees will learn how to identify faults, discuss the problem, and then rectify the situation that is going wrong. This is one of the main criteria of the part three examination, but this part of the course will also involve planning, feedback, communication, attitude, control, encouragement, and question and answer techniques.
