Dear Diary ...

Four residents have now sent-in noise logs. And these have been forwarded to the City Council - hopefully for action!

The situation is now getting serious. Three tenants are now saying that they are thinking of requesting a transfer, and that cannot be right.

We have noticed that theire is an increased amount of dumping of old and unwanted items of furnitutre and other "bulk" household rubbish in communal areas of the estate.

This could not be as a result of councillors deciding to put a charge of £5 on colloection of bulk rubbish from July 1 (previously, collection was done at no charge)?

One block is expecially bad and a request has been made to the Housing Office for removal of dumped items.

It appears that there is a problem. It cannot be moved as no one knows just who dumped the furniture and therefore the Council does not know who to charge!

Talk about the madness of red tape!

The good people at TenZero have fixed the problem that has knocked out our guest book for the past few weeks.
