There was an air of excitement today! It is holiday time and the TCC members who compile these almost daily diaries are off on hols.
Well, one is off to sunnier climes with work. As he says, someone has to go! It's "only" to Biscarrosse, which is a beach resort in south west France. Some people have a tough life at work.
So ... with no one around how knows how to work this internet thingy, the diary is going blank for 10 days.
Does this mean that the council will be getting away with murder? We hope not!
