Another problem in Clapham Court came to light today. Some condensation has appeared around a window in one of the flats.
Not many years ago, the windows were replaced in the tower block - an experience residents will not forget in a hurry.
But when the work was finished and life got back to normal, residents found the double glazed windows very much to their liking.
And when the electricity bills came in, there was extra joy!
But four years on, we were concerned to learn of this damp problem, which appears to be related to the window.
We are crossing our fingers hoping that it is an isolated case.
Technical people from Housing Department have been out to investigate and we await the verdict.
