BOOK: Christopher Wren

• A celebrated English architect, Wren was chosen to rebuild the City of London after the Great Fire in 1666. His ideas were not implemented finally , but many of the buildings of London today bear his trademark - various churches, the Royal Exchange and most famously, St.Paul's Cathedral.
