sociétés d’exercice libéral (liberal professions)

EPIC (publicly-owned French establishments with an industrial or commercial activity)

associations governed by the 1901 law (when they issue bonds, and have been active for at least 2 years)

  
Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce (Registrar of the Commercial Court) - CFE :

Acting as a CFE, the Greffe can send your company's obligatory administrative forms to the appropriate legal and official organizations: URSSAF (Social Security), INSEE (French office of statistics), Centre des impôts (tax centre), Caisses d’assurance maladie et de retraites (health, insurance and pension funds, etc.).

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (CCIP) - CFE :

As a CFE, the Chamber of Commerce can send the required administrative forms for companies and sole-traders to: URSSAF (Social Security office), INSEE (French office of statistics), Centre des impôts (tax centre), Caisses d’assurance maladie et de retraites (health, insurance and pension funds, etc.). The registration is then sent to the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce which verifies and validates it.

Craftsmen who also have a commercial activity:  The registration file is then sent to the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce who verifies and validates it.

 
individuals or companies with an agricultural activity


The Chamber of Agriculture
- CFE:  

Individuals or groups with agricultural activities (except fisheries and forestry activities) should register with the Chamber of Agriculture. The head office of the exploitation should register with the local Chamber of Agriculture concerned.  The registration file is then sent on to the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce for validation.

The Chambre Nationale de la Batellerie Artisanale (National Chamber for Artisanal Shipping) - CFE:

Individual companies, EURL (company owned by a sole proprietor), SARL (limited liability companies) and sociétés coopératives (cooperative companies), with less than 6 salaried workers, should register with the Chambre nationale de la batellerie artisanale.
