Le Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Paris offers you an easy way to prepare your administrative formalities with the Registre du commerce et des sociétés.

When you have completed the on-line registration form, you will be able to receive the printed declaration forms you wish to complete and print out.

Until the enactment of the law of 13/3/2000 concerning the electronic signature comes into force, please send the completed forms to the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce by post, or deposit them directly at the Greffe.

N.B.  All declaration forms must be completed in French.  A French/English vocabulary is available  CLICK HERE to assist you in completing your forms.

As this step in completing your declaration file is secure, it can only be accessed with Netscape 4.7 English version and Internet Explorer 5.0
