1. Looking for any information regarding the whereabouts of BOB DAY. Bob served with the 1st Battalion Band playing bass drum and french horn, from around the late 60's until he left to become Officers Mess Caterer in the early 80's. Last heard of, he was House Master for General Butler somewhere down south. Any information would be appreciated. PLEASE CONTACT ME.
2. Can anyone out there help me with finding JOHN JOHNSON. John (from Liverpool) joined in Winchester as a Junior Bandsman in the mid-sixties, he was an oboe player, and was posted to the 2nd Battalion Band. That was the last I saw of him. He did marry a Winchester girl - PAT CASTLE- and the last I heard he was living in the Southampton area........would love to catch up with him.......again any information, no matter how small.....please contact me.
3. I'm also looking for ex-Bandmaster Freddie Mathews, who was Bandmaster to 1 RGJ Band in Dover late 70's. Maybe living up in Scotland..??
