Mechanical Music and Bygones Museum, Cotton
An Aladdin's cave of musical treasures. Its roof rafters are adorned with old gramophone records and horn gramophones. Street pianos, pianolas, and a host of smaller instruments.

Eye Castle

Commanding views of the town from Eye Castle.

The remains of Eye Castle stand on the high ground in North Suffolk. The castle has close association with Royalty since 1066. Today it offers a tranquil setting for a relaxing visit to Eye. Open daily from the week before Easter until 31st October. Free admission.

Woolpit & District Museum

The Institute, Village Centre, Woolpit.

The museum is run by volunteers and you will be most welcome. The displays are changed annually. The famous Woolpit bricks are described in a permanent display. Guided tours of this charming village are available 1-3 hours. Open April 11 - September 27, Sat., Suns and Bank holidays.
