Processor speeds in italics are faster than I have at the moment.  Ones in bold are standard speeds or their logical extensions.
Multipliers of 1 and 1.5 aren't actually available, but they'd be stable if they were.
Multipliers above 5 may or may not be available; I'm not sure.  They're supported by the motherboard, and some processors have them hard-wired, such as the Celerons, but I'm not sure if my processor will support them.

The 117 MHz setting has a choice between a 1/3 and a 1/4 PCI multiplier.  With all other speeds the setting is fixed.
Light blue backgrounds indicate stable speeds when just using a fan and heatsink.
Striped backgrounds indicate realistic expected speeds with the water cooler that are semi-stable with a fan and heatsink
Bright orange backgrounds indicate realistic expected speeds with the water cooler.

By semi-stable, I mean that the PC will POST and boot, as long as the processor is reasonably cold.  If I turn the PC off for a while, and then turn it on, then it will work.  It would probably work even better if I put the processor in the fridge or freezer.

It's things like this that make you want Office 2000.  If I had Office 2000, I could just export this whole page as HTML.  I don't have Office 2000.  Instead, I had to do it all by hand.  Well, not quite all; I exported the numbers as tab separated values.  But the rest was done by hand.
