It is the always unlucky Deiphobus, brother of Hector and Paris
You are AENEAS. Deiphobus' company is being mauled by Idomeneus, and he appeals for help. Now you, and Paris, close in on Idomeneus, whose age is beginning to tell. But Deiphobus is injured, and has to be taken back to Troy - and the tough warrior Antilochus, Nestor's son, comes up to reinforce Idomeneus. As a descendant of Poseidon (great-grandson) he has special protection.
For the non-squeamish here are details of the killings.
