There is a scale of reliability between A (most reliable) and D (least reliable). A and B refer to the World of the FORMS; C and D to the World of Change (ie the real world, which for Plato is not the real world!). You can't know about anything iin the World of Change, you can only have an opinion: true knowledge must mean knowledge of the FORMS, which are the ultimate reality.
