Daisy Geogous Daisy

Got A Minute Mate

Daisy's
more refreshing than Tab Clear 'the clear cola' although probably does not have the same aftertaste. It's hard to compare her with early 90's pop sensations 'Urban Cookie Collective' so I won't. Instead I'll say that she's like a party bag that your friend's mum gives went your waiting for your mum to pick you up after a party. Ok there are a lot of tacky stuff in the party bag; finger puppets Frisbees etc but at the top there's a slice of birthday cake wrapped up in kitchen towel. You can image Daisy playing pass the parcel tries to hold onto the parcel for a bit longer as it gets passed around the circle only made to made to pass it on my one of the mums shouting 'oo hot potato hot potato'. One potato two potato three potato four One potato two potato three potato more. She would also probably be good at the game where you have to roll 6 the run around the group don a pair of gloves scarf woolly hat and commence to cut up a slab of chocolate with a knife and fork only to be stopped while doing it by someone else rolling a 6. I won't like to play Ludo with her.

In the Show
Daisy presents the 11 o'Clock Show along with Iain and Mackenzie. As well as the pieces in the studio she also does the odd outside parts- most famously the MP fooling "Angel of Delight" in the 2nd and 3rd series. In the third series Daisy was promoted to co-host the show with Iain. She shares the hosting equally with Iain and does equal amounts of On the Streets and interviews the special guests along with Iain.

Daisy herself is 26 years old and had before working on the show graduated from Edinburgh University. Daisy started off behind the camera as a script writer in the first series of the show. It was not however until the second series that the producers promoted her to presenter. In the second series she however carried on working as a researcher. During the middle of 1999 Channel 4 chiefs were looking into her as the new presenter for "The Big Breakfast. " She did not get the job. During the summer of 1999 Daisy said she helped organise NetAid and also swam the Channel.
