Club Description

Very well designed!  The 750 capacity club is spread about so well, that it seems much smaller and close-nit than it actually is - there's a superb sound system and wonderful lighting, plus the DJ box is in the middle, so you can actually wave at the DJs as you walk to the bar if you so desire.  Only problem is the low roof collects all the sweat and showers it back down on you as the night progresses!  Look out for the Gallery artwork on the wall and the giant mirrorball.

Capacity

750

Popularity Of The Club

Packed to capacity - get there early or become a member to avoid the massive queues.

Drugs Problem?

No - refreshing to find a club without a drugs problem - you can never completely eliminate drugs from a club (and many readers will probably not want that to happen anyway) but its great to go to a place where people are doing as best they can to prevent drugs.

Nature of clubbers

Very good clubbers, who are completely up for it all night long, and are only there to dance.

Cost

£10

Opening/Closing time

22:30 - 07:30 Superb - a decent club which opens 'til a reasonable hour

DJs

Tall Paul is a resident, so what more do you want - he is DJ of the year after all - all the top names regularly feature including Seb Fontaine, Judge Jules and Brandon Bloc

Dress code

Make an effort, baby!  You so won't get in in jeans and trainers

Toilets

Small, Clean, Not crowded

Drinks

Water - £2 per 500ml.   Beer - £2.50 per pint.  They have Stella on tap!!  They have Stella on tap!!   THEY HAVE STELLA ON TAP!!  Not only do they have Stella on tap, but its not much more than it costs down your local.  To be honest though, if you're up for 9 hours of clubbin, then you'll probably not want to get slaughtered - so water and Red Bull are your saviours.  The generous Gallery promoters also provide giant bowls of lollypops - completely free!

Age In General

Young - early 20s form the majority of the clubbers

Bouncers

Perfectly fair

Food

It's London!  You're leaving @ 7.30.   You're hardly gonna find it 'ard to find food, are ya?

Alternative Clubs

It's London!  You're hardly gonna find it 'ard to find an alternative, are ya?  Though If you're looking for a London house club of the same calibre as The Gallery on a Friday night, the only place is the Ministry, to be honest.
