Title track from Madonna's recent number one album, and follow up to her UK number one single, Frozen, this release has already been tipped as a landmark dance single for '98. I, however disagree. I think it's a brilliant piece of pop-dance, but needs some phat beats from someone like fatboy slim - Renegade Master 98, Brimful of Asha, All Seeing I's Beat Goes On, and so on, all were much better 'dance' releases, but that doesn't make 'Ray Of Light' any less enjoyable.
