| NT (No Title) have a lead singer
that sounds a little bit like Paul Weller. A tiny bit like Seal. A lot like
Gomez. They herald from the Glasgow underground, they are "superfly and
drop dead funky" according to their press release, and I do not disagree with
that statement. |

| This is such a classy single.
The 5-track EP which will be ineligible for the UK chart has 5 different versions
of the song. The original version and the Four Eyed dub were recorded in 1994, but
there are three new versions - Sace Remix, Live Acoustic Mix and Pro Vinylist Music Remix.
All the remixes are in different styles - there's no Happy Hardcore mix or anything
like that - each of the remixes could have been the A-side. All tracks are very
funky, with that old-skool vibe. Sample lyric: "If I can't have music/Then
there's nothing left/Nothing left/Nothing left". How true, how very true.
Certainly worth checking out. |
