History |
The Teletubbies is one of the most
hip, hop and happening television shows around, loved by young and old alike, and gaining
higher ratings than most television programmes aired in the morning. All this from a kid's
show highly lacking in real words, and where the four stars are called Tinky-Winky, Dipsy,
Laa Laa and Po. The Teletubbies wear brightly coloured designer costumes which cost
£35,000 each and are heavily padded. There has been much controversy about the
Teletubbies. News reports on whether the programme is or is not educational, on the reason
why Tinky Winky has been sacked and why Harry Enfield is suing the creators. This was not
just in the tabloids, but the quality broad sheets too. Character

Say 'Eh-Oh' |

This is obviously silly, and won't
mean anything to anybody who is not obsessed with the 'tubbies. The CD also includes the
'Again Again Mix' which features Naughty Noo Noo the vacuum cleaner. Well, this will be
enjoyable for all of 4 weeks and then will go to bottom of my music collection - with
Barbie Girl and Oasis. |
