History
The Wombles of Wimbledon Common rule! They just spend their lives picking up rubbish, yet they have become one of the most popular breeds of fictional creatures this century. They have been included on everything from Harry Hill to Preston Front to Chris Moyles, and now my web site! The wombles have also released many records and gained high chart positions.

Shock News Just In! The Wombles are being revived! The new wombles series will have completely new wombles, including a Scottish Womble, a Chinese Womble and a Womble from London. This is one of the most important pieces of news this decade! I'll bring you news of the new series as it comes.

Wombles Update Well, the new series has arrived, and although only two episodes have been screened, it's already proving very popular. The show is visually superb, and there's even a womble-'copter! My favourite newspaper, The Times, is always being read by Great Uncle Bulgaria, and there's now a massive hit single - a re-release of the 1975 smash 'Remember You're A Womble', featuring a dance remix!

Wombles Update Now that the whole of the first series has aired, I can safely say that it ruled! The wombles also re-released the theme tune to the TV series, and The Best Wombling Album Ever - or something like that anyway.
