The +LIVE+ concert was awesome in Milwaukee. They kicked it off with 'Rattlesnake', and ended with 'White, Discussion'. I was bouncing with energy that day waiting for 6:00pm to come cuz that's when my cousin Katie and I were leaving. We got there around 6:45. We made great time, so that was cool. I bought my shirt first (the one from the cover album, that pic off the cover of SS, and on the back pics from the album cover:) We then went to our seats. We had great seats. Not exactly front row center, but it was in the red section so that was cool. The stage was cool. It had these arches hanging from the ceiling and the lighting had purple, blue and white lights. It was pouring out rain, but I didn't even notice. Everyone was hyped and there weren't many people there until +LIVE+ came on the stage. Even then they didn't sell out the place. But hey, it was pretty cool. I had perfect view of Ed and the guys, which is all I cared about. Jimmies' Chicken Shack sucked. One of the opening acts. Luscious Jackson kicked butt. Only bad thing is that I bought a 44oz. of soda to last me the whole night, and, well, I didn't even get halfway done with the thing, and I had to go the bathroom, so I missed my fav song by Luscious Jackson, 'Naked Eye'. Oh well. When +LIVE+ got to the stage I was going crazy, cuz it took them a while to set up. I loved their rendition of 'Operation Spirit'! (I think that was the one, either that or 'Mirror Song'). I also loved 'Freaks', and 'Turn My Head'. Katie was cracking at me cuz I knew every song even before they started singing and I was bursting with energy! I was dancing and having a great time. 'Iris' came on, and Ed ran his hand down Patrick's head on the line, "I liked the way my hand looked on your head". I was like. what's up with that, but hey. In 'White, Discussion', the line, "Though it leaves me quite erect", he went crazy and just kinda made it look like grabbed himself, not sure if he did cuz it went by so fast. My cousin was getting kinda pissed cuz they didn't play 'I Alone', and Ed walked off stage, and she said, "they can't be over", but then Ed came back on, and they played her fav. After the concert, it was still pouring out, and there were a lot of drunk people around, but hey, Katie and I then lost the car. We forgot what section we parked in. The concert ended about 11:00pm and we found the car around midnight.
