Ebford Manor is situated in the village of Ebford off the A376 between Topsham and Exmouth. Built in 1710, its classic Palladian style architecture is a landmark when glimpsed from the Bridge Inn in Topsham, across the Clyst valley. Topsham, on the Exe estuary, is two miles away offering an abundance of eating places, pubs or restaurants, as well as a good range of shops and services. Dartmoor National Park is within easy reach as well as the beaches of south Devon.

Ebford Manor can offer two large, comfortable guest rooms for Bed & Breakfast. The double room has a shower en-suite and the twin (family) room has a bathroom en-suite. TV and tea making facilities are in each room. There is a varied breakfast menu available. No smoking inside the house please.

How to find Ebford Manor

M5 motorway, exit 30, take A376 signed to Exmouth. After 2½ miles, George & Dragon pub on mini roundabout. Continue straight on A376 to Exmouth, take second left turn into Old Ebford Lane by Ebford House Hotel. Follow the village lane for 200 yards and the Manor is on the left. Enter through large wrought iron gates to front door. Off road parking available.
