'Why Are We Sleeping' was an erratic fanzine dedicated to all things Kevin Ayers. Over 10 years, in its quiet way, it joined unseen hands across oceans and filled the space that was keeping us apart. No one has to explain why we are sleeping. The answer is an open book, the pages clearly marked inside the dreams of a global family.
