Speculative Fiction

So, what is all this speculative fiction stuff?

I suppose all fiction is speculative, after all, it all comes from the imagination.

Here I want to define the various elements of Speculative Fiction, providing a source for readers and writers alike and, perhaps, chuck in some bits of my own work.

In its truest sense, Speculative Fiction refers to Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror and their own sub-genres. Reflected by the British Fantasy society which encompasses those three genres.

Myths, Legends, Superstitions and Ancient Wisdom

In the pages there is relevant gossip and links to sub-genres, so, if you follow the Science Fiction link there are also links to Classic, Pulp Cyberpunk et al.

The same applies to Horror, and Fantasy. In Fantasy you will also find a little bit of sillyness relating to the rationale behind the site.
