The Dragonfly Collection is one that uses many old methods to complete the vases. The firing is the same as for the other plates vases etc.(three colour firings and a gold fire) but with the addition of mother of pearl lustre on the Dragonflies wings and in some cases all over the vase, and raised turquoise enamel in the background. All in all providing a striking effect on these hand painted pieces.
