Weapons

Crowbar

This is the first weapon you get hold of (unless your a cheating scummbag, like myself). It is very handy for smashing open crates, smashing open doors, and smashing open heads very violently. How touching.

9mm pistol

This is the first weapon that lets you keep your distance from the enemy. It is pretty weak and has a very small capacity before it needs reloading. But if your inclined to be a bit horrible to the scientist's (like me) it is pretty humourous to shoot them in the forehead with.

Magnum
This great gun is probably my favorite. One shot usually does it for most life forms. The only let back is that (being a magnum) it only has a capacity of six bullets at a time.

MP 5

Every kid wants one, and every army grunt has one. Pretty easy to pick up near the beggining of the level once the military get involved. It's a general bog standard machine g unwith a twist which is that it fires grenades that explode on impact.

Crossbow

The sniper's dream. This wonder of a gun (or medievil implement, depending on how you see it) fires darts and has a zoom capability which is very handy for setting up those humourous momments where a grunt suddenly becomes a female (ouch).

Rocket Launcher

Yes every first person shooter has one. The good old rocket launcher. Helpfull for getting to those hard to reach places. No I'm not talking about scratching your back with it I'm talking about the infamous rocket jump. There isn't much to say about this version except a nice little feature on it. This item is a laser beam which guides the rocket after it's been fired. So in a deathmatch if you see a red dot moving around it might be a good idea to run.

Head Ache maker

I have no idea what this is really called but I call it the Head ache maker. Generally because all it seems to do is give the enemy a head ache and not do much else. I don't know much about this weapon really except it fires out a blue ray of "something" and makes your enemy groan a lot (maybe it's a sick simulator they got from the red light district).

Gauss gun

Shown here giving the Slave dance lessons. This handy little number fires out little rays of plasma straight at your target, and straight through your target. Nice fast fire rate but you can't get much ammo these days.
Grenade

Everyone knows what a grenade is. You pull the pin, throw it and later there's a loud noise followed by numerous body parts. Quite handy for flushing out hiding enemy's. Unfortunatly the grunts take this into action on you to.
Trip mines

These mines are set with a laser which is sent out and hits the oposite wall. When the laser is broken, well lets just say the offending person may be in the burns ward for a few months. In single player these aren't much use but for multiplayer they are heaven. Especially if you just like to sit in a hidden spot and fire on unsuspecting targets as these act as a trap and early warning system for anyone sneaking up behind you.
Satchel bomb

These satchel's are filled with explosives which are detonated with a remote control which you obviously keep after sliding the bomb along the floor to the person you would like to have a gift. Then when they are near enough to their "gift" you press the little button and, oops, they seem to have dissapeared.

Snark

This weapon is actually a creature, one of the inter-dimensional monsters. They are very simple to use. Simply throw in the direction of the offending human (Snarks don't attack their kinsmen aliens) and before they get the chance to say "aaaah what a cute fellow" the snark is happily eating it's way through the human's abdomen, how touching.
