TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUCTION

a) All lots have a minimum bid, which acts as the reserve.
b) Lots will go to the highest bidder equal to or above the reserve - in the event of identical bids; the lot will go to first bid received.
c) Bidding stages - Up to £100 by £1; over £100 by £5. Example bid - if you bid £18 on a lot with a minimum of £12, and the next highest bid is £14, you will receive the lot at £15. Single bidders will secure the lot at the minimum quoted. No buyers premium.
d) Bids may be made in writing, by fax, or by email, but please use the bidding form enclosed, if sending by fax.
e) Successful bidders will be notified within five working days of the closing date.
f) All postage costs are payable by the successful bidder.
All successful lots of £50 and over will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All successful lots up to £50 will be sent by first class post, with a certificate of posting.
Overseas rates - will be advised.
g) Although every effort is made to describe each lot as accurately as possible, if you are not happy with the condition, we offer a full refund if returned within seven days of receipt.
h) All bidders will receive a prices realised list.
i) Where practicable scanned images can be supplied of items on offer for 25p each plus postage.
