Stanbridge, Bedfordshire

SEE FLOOR PLAN FOR IMPERIAL MEASUREMENTS

Location:

Located approximately two miles from Leighton Buzzard, four from Dunstable and ten from Milton Keynes. The village offers easy access to the A5 (two miles) and M1 (Junctions 11 and 12 approximately 6 miles), it is just a short journey from the Leighton/Linslade railway line to London Euston. The village is centred around an ancient green, next to which is the historic Five Bells public house and restaurant and an active C of E Parish Church and nearby a Lower school. Stanbridge benefits from the recent construction of a Southern bypass, with traffic levels in the village much reduced. Mead House is located in a rural location to the south of the village, on the alternative side of the bypass, next to Mead Open Farm.
