Wind
thread onto a shuttle and attach end to a safety pin. Using the safety pin as a shuttle make a chain on the thread after looping it round the ring finger and starting 6” from the pin. This is the start of the SCMR. All chains are made with the safety pin and rings with the shuttle. The arrow in fig. 1 represents the safety pin!! |

the safety pin through the loop made round the ring finger and close the
SCMR With
the
shuttle make the first half of next SR. Use the safety pin to make
the second half. SR:
