The gecko is worked in one pass and uses an alligator join in one place.  The alligator join is simply just taking the one shuttle thread behind and the other shuttle thread in front of a given place (in this case the space between two SR's) and then continuing with the chain. 

For a two coloured gecko - use a shoe lace trick before each SR on the body.  If you want to add beads to the SR's then please refer to Tonya's method which can be found by clicking on her name!

Using a number 20 thread he measures 5" and using a number 40 4 ½”.  The very small geckos, using an 80 thread, work up to 3 ½” in length.

Add 2 beads (larger than seed beads) to Sh2 for the eyes before starting.
