Motif # 3 |

Now here’s something to play with. A useful motif which measures 4” in diameter when worked with a no. 20 thread and 2 ¼” in a no. 80. You can add beads (instructions given) or not. There are lots of different effects you can achieve by using colours in different places (try using the shoe lace trick too!). I leave it to your imagination! Joined together they could easily be the basis for a patchwork tatted project or even as snowflakes if the outside rings (R5) are enlarged slightly. Wannabe designers - here you are, use your imagination!! |
