and discover all the pearls of wisdom that lie hid in its depths."

Study Circles are groups of about 6 to 10 people who meet up on a regular basis, (usually weekly/fortnightly) and discover the Bahá'i Writings together. The group study the Writings with help of a series of books designed for the use of all age groups, so that study circles frequently include a mix of youth and adults.

The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, allowing people time to reflect on the Writings, ask questions and discover for themselves the all important answers to questions such as ‘What is the purpose of life?’ ‘How can I contribute to the betterment of the world?’ and ‘Is there really life after death?’. They provide an opportunity to meet new people, to make new friends, as well as to find the answers to all these questions in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

They are a form of personal development programme in which people can often find out as much about themselves as about the Bahá'i perspective on all of these issues.
