Most of the above have been dealt with in previous articles and will be referenced where appropriate. Science desperately needs to expand its horizons. It is trapped in the limitations of scientific methodology, physical senses, and 3D intellect/logic. All laws determine boundaries regarding what is possible, not just in the universe but also for humans. The experimental method has inherent limits due to the observer not being truly objective to the system. As a result, only relative results can be achieved and subsequently our scientific laws are not constant and the boundaries they set are not truths---but are relative truths.

QUANTUM REGENERATION (See The Principle of Quantum Regeneration: A Major Scientific Omission.)

In general, if we have several separate parts to a system we have quantity, and a quantitative situation. But if the parts are placed in special relationship, such as resonance, the phenomenon of quantum regeneration occurs; a single quantum state now underlies the quantity, binding together the parts into a whole. Science recognises this phenomenon with certain microorganisms, which at a particular point in their life cycle, come together and form a single organism. A new programme comes into existence that operates the whole, which science calls 'emergent software'. However, we know that our computer software is nonphysical and is not intrinsically related to the hardware. Whereas in nature 'software' is substantial; it is an energy state, and hardware and software are structured from the same particles. Thus we use the phrase 'quantum regeneration'.

In the above-referenced article we gave examples of quantum regeneration in relationships, art and music appreciation, the laser, coordination, and advanced spacecraft propulsion. This is a natural and fundamental principle. Life puts order (quality) into parts (particles, energies). A proper and harmonic evolution is the same thing---putting order and harmony into particles, energies, and even people. This is the path of integration, intelligence and desirable evolution.

When quantum regeneration takes place, each part has access to the whole as per the holographic principle, Nature and the universe are fractally holographic (see articles on holographic universe and fractal matrix). In a civilisation which has evolved harmonically (ours is an extreme non-harmonic evolution based on mutations), each individual has access to the collective, even if unconsciously and spontaneously. This thus emphasises power in individual rights and individual success in any activity. (See articles: A Synchronistic Holographic Civilisation and Evolving Civilisations, Part I and II.)


There is an intrinsic relationship between integration and differentiation---between the whole and the part---but it requires a special relationship amongst the parts. This relationship was discussed with examples in the article on unity: The New Education: Part VI.

The greater the wholeness of a harmonic system, the more detail it can express in the part. That is, the inherent wavelength is shorter (or frequency higher). The wavelength acts as a single whole, the smaller it is, the smaller the 'bit' size. When the parts are in a special relation, then integration is holographically related to differentiation. True unity is inherently holographic.

Science has not recognised that not only are basic particles whole, but so are larger entities, such as a planet, star system, galaxy, etc. (leading quantum physicist David Bohm suggested this some 40 years ago). These larger energy states underlie the particle level. The larger are these quantum states, the higher the frequency of their oscillations. A galaxy is a much higher frequency than a star system, and a planet is higher than an atom.

In skills, the greater is the integration of information (bits) in the learning pattern, the greater is the control of the detailed movements (differentiation)---sometimes expressed as developing independence of finger action. See articles on skills and learning patterns.


This was covered in The New Education: Part XIII. We take a group of three units A, B, and C, with A and B on the same level; C is placed above A and B (in a triangular or pyramidal fashion). However, A is not connected to B on their level, but both A and B are connected (integrated, monitored, harmonically related) by, and at, level C---C has a line drawn to A and to B.

In terms of computers, our artificial computers only have A's and B's. Any programming for organisation takes place on the same level as A and B, etc. In nature's system, the basic unit is the triad ABC. Organisation occurs at a different frequency level C, but utilising countless numbers of ABC's connected together.

This principle also operates on various macro-levels. We could include the Trinity in religion. Or A and B could be two people. The 'collective' C is activated when AB are in phase---tuning into one another, sharing the same mind state. In the learning patterns of skills, the units A, B, multiply with suitable training, and they organise in this triadic manner (see book: The Attainment of Superior Physical Abilities). This gives rise to the holographic amplification phenomenon (stepping up; changing ratio from input to output). As a result, rate of information increases, which is frequency.


What this means is that what the observer perceives, or scientific instruments detect, is governed by who or what is doing the observing or detecting. Quantum physics revealed this when experiments showed that if a certain energy is measured with one apparatus it reveals particles, and if measured with another, reveals waves. (See articles on the subject context.)

Quantum physics also revealed that in scientific methodology the observing-context (observer's physical senses and scientific instruments) determines and limits what is observed or detected. Thus even the experimenter is in a contextual relationship with the experiment and is not truly objective. The observer is thus part of the system, which is the same as saying being inside the system. In such a condition only relative results can be obtained---see articles: The New Education; Part XI, and The Limits of Scientific Objectivity.

This also means consciousness itself is contextual. Consciousness has a frequency spectrum (not detected by science), and what is observed is governed by this spectrum. The normal consciousness of our civilisation can evaluate and see material things as solid. That is because this consciousness spectrum is 'above' the spectrum of matter---meaning the frequencies and resolution are higher. However, note that we don't detect the astral plane or dimensional frequencies that are higher; referred to as the fourth dimension (in metaphysics, New Age, etc.). If anything is psychically perceived in this plane, it is generally transparent. Nevertheless if our consciousness moved up the frequency spectrum, such as after death of the physical body, so that the consciousness spectrum is above the astral environment frequency band, we will perceive a solid environment---and so on. Thus what the observer is (as revealed by quantum physics), that is, what the observer is made up of, determines (and limits) what it can know.


Mainstream science only recognises force as the means for increasing speed, and that Newton's third law must always be maintained. However, as explained in other articles, these laws can be bypassed (for example, when changing from a two-bodied to a one-bodied system---see article: The Fractal Matrix: Part IV).

Our main focus, however, is on reducing 'resistance' to increase velocity. But we are not referring to the classical resistances, such as friction and inertia. In this respect (reducing resistance), the following principle holds:

When the velocity of motion (usually linear) of a body within a system becomes of the order of magnitude of the rate of information of the system, an apparent resistance to that motion occurs.

Increase the rate of information and for the same force, velocity is increased. We have two examples: 1) physiological motion in the human and animal body, and 2) in much greater speeds such as those at relativistic velocities.

In the slower physiological case, we have learning patterns that enable the human to execute movements and learn from these movements to develop skills (see other articles on skills, and learning patterns). Briefly, in certain phases of training and exercise the information density within learning patterns increases (i.e., the units or computer 'bits' multiply). When this occurs, the new units organise in a pyramidal and holographic manner. This increases the frequency or rate of information. Thus for any physical movement made, there is at any time a particular density (or number of bits) of information associated with that movement.

Now a learning pattern is a 4D holographic template, which houses programmes, and converts nonlinear information into linear information. On this basis, information density in space is the same as information density in time (rate of information), since the learning pattern is 4D---it extends in time a short interval. Thus the speed of any particular movement of, say, a limb will be governed by the rate of information, or pulses energising the movement.

By endeavouring to push a movement beyond these limits one is, in effect, trying to stretch out the number of pulses per unit movement. This cannot occur since the force (from tension in the muscles) only transmits during the reception of a pulse. (Note that this information cannot be understood on the basis of the current narrow framework of physiology.)

The same principle applies with systems of much greater velocities and rates of information, such as relativistic speeds in relativity physics. Einstein's relativity is a good representation of the illusions of the third dimension. It has the feature that if we try to push a body up to the speed of light, the mass of the body increases to infinity. This is an assumption and therefore a belief system.

Nevertheless, it has been shown that the force does increase exponentially. The mistake is that it is assumed Newton's laws are operating and the resistance (and therefore inertia, and therefore mass) is also increasing to infinity. The force is actually becoming less effective since the linear velocity of the body is becoming comparable with the rate of information of the system, or the on/off oscillatory 'speeds'. This gives the illusion of a dragging effect, or resistance.

A further system for increasing speeds is with harmonic technologies in which 'force' and body are harmonically merged (a one-bodied system). (See articles on antigravity and The Fractal Matrix: Part IV.)


In general, current scientific laws are not constant; they are relative to a particular context. That is, they are constant only over a certain range, such as a fractal level, then the physical constants change on the next level. Imagine we exist at the twig level (first fractal) of a tree and did not recognise there are higher fractal levels (branches). Science might evaluate a physical constant corresponding to the diameter of a twig, which is, say, constant over its length, and consider this is a universal constant for the tree and all its branches, when in fact the diameter increases from one fractal level to another (branches). This is the state of science today. Relativity will be found to be within a higher order relativity, which in turn will be inside a still higher order.

We only need consider inertia since mass is measured on the basis of inertia or gravity, which amounts to the same thing (so-called Principle of Equivalence). Also see article: Inertia.

The inertia of a body depends on the mode of interaction with the body or, in other words, how it is being moved. Imagine the thought experiment of suspending a heavy cannon ball by an infinitely long wire (so that the ball swings horizontally to avoid the influence from gravity when pushing it horizontally). If we push it by contact with the surface only we shall incur the expected inertial reaction and Newton's Laws are obeyed. This would be what we could summarise as a 2-3 dimensional interface. If, however, we use a field system, say, a gravitational or antigravitational field, which could be simulated with scalar waves of suitable frequencies to interface with the body, it could be moved without reaction or inertia. This would be a 4D to 3D interface system. The field penetrates into every nucleus of the atoms of the cannon ball and moves them simultaneously, though the oscillatory rate would need to be aligned. In doing so there is no resistance.

As a further demonstration of the contextual aspect of inertia, consider that while the cannon ball is controlled by the scalar/gravity/antigravity field and exhibiting no inertia, if one were to apply a force to its surface, if would still react as per Newton's Laws and manifest its expected inertia. Thus two values of inertia are occurring simultaneously, depending on the context of the impelling action.


The phenomenon of gravity is due to an inward pressure on a body towards its centre. This pressure, or flow, of what we can call gravitons (or just nodes), will drag bodies to the surface of the planet (by resonance with the nodes within the body). This flow must have an opposite that we can call antigravity, in other words, there must be two poles. However, this polarity will be 4D, that is, the direction of the flows will be a right angles to our 3D, i.e., one pole, and we only experience the effect of one flow in our 3D---the other, in effect, is rectified (see article on gravity) and is in the anti-universe, or anti-particle side of the vortex oscillation.

The gravity effect is a byproduct of the double-vortex energy unit (see article: Basic Energy Unit: the Vortex). Its form or configuration is like two cones with their tips intersecting, and while spinning are also oscillating at the intersection. However, this is only a 3D model and we must also envisage a 4D to 3D configuration. See article: The Fractal Matrix: Part IV, describing how to visualise this.


This is the double-vortex configuration mentioned above. Science did investigate vortex theories over 100 years ago but abandoned this approach because the correct relationship of the two vortices wasn't recognised, and also the higher-dimensional aspect---a 4D to 3D structure---wasn't conceived. This latter gives the perfect supersymmetrical oscillation, utilising both the particle universe and the antiparticle universe side (see article: Basic Energy Unit: the Vortex). The form of matter, whether particles or a planet, manifests at the centre of the two interpenetrating vortices, which carries the formative (or morphogenetic) patterns.

This little understood energy spiral is almost universal in ancient metaphysics, mysticism, and in the New Age it is called a merkaba. Furthermore, scientific pioneer, Viktor Schauberger had his own unique understanding of this mechanism---and utilised it for explaining how salmon could propel themselves against currents; and for floating heavy logs downstream; and also develop antigravity machines (from the suction in the vortex but which is more than a suction).

More recently though a spiral electromagnetic field was discovered and photographed at Sydney University in 1986, surrounding a carbon particle. A further piece of interesting information is that the renowned Russian philosopher, Ouspenski, wrote in his book on the fourth dimension that he had a dream in which he discovered the secret of the universe. He awoke and scribbled down a diagram. This is identical to one of the author's diagrams, which best shows the 4D to 3D features of this higher-dimensional double-vortex oscillation (see Figure 1 in article: Basic Energy Unit: The Vortex).


A proper evaluation of a system (whether intellectual or experimental) cannot be achieved if it is conducted 'inside' the system. This standpoint of the observer must be the most important factor for the correct evolution of knowledge and the species.

This feature clearly links up with that of context, for example, 'all knowledge and energy are contextual'. As already stated, quantum physics revealed that the observer in scientific methodology is part of the system---which means the same as inside the system---and that what the observer is, determines (and limits) what it can know. Now the intellect is merely a 3D machine/computer if the intuition (right brain) isn't working with it, and this 'machine' can get completely lost in its own intellectualisations---going off in wrong directions. The higher, reasoning mind is the intellect plus the intuition. Now the latter, intuition, can 'step' outside the system. It can access higher aspects of consciousness, which have greater resolution (than the intellectual system). The resolution is governed by the wavelength. The basic tool of perception and detection is the wavelength. The intuition is thus needed to guide the intellect; it can even raise the intellect's level of logic (see article: Evolving Civilisations: Part II).

Other examples are when an individual is failing to be objective and rational, regarding some experiences, which they are dramatising. They are 'inside' the system of data and 'can't see the woods for the trees'.

Current science is not founded on the correct mechanisms of knowledge and energy, and their relationship with the perceiving or interacting entity. For example: Anything will self-prove relative to its own context, and thus is only a relative truth; all energy and knowledge is contextual, and what one perceives or detects is in the context of the observer; the source of any evaluation must be outside the system. Current logic is only 3D, linear, external and based on the separateness characteristic (A's and B's disconnected); it fails to recognise the context (C), the nonlinear, internal, multidimensional logic, or fundamental connectivity (the triad principle). Consequently scientific progress is greatly handicapped.

In finalising, the failure of science to recognise the paramount importance of context can be summarised as follows: All knowledge and energy is contextual; what we observe is in the context of who or what is doing the observing or detecting; but the observer's context must be outside the context of the system for a proper evaluation; if it is inside the system, anything will self-prove relative to this (its own) context.
