Intradocument links

This shows how to make an intra-document link, used for a table of contents or similar.

The code is made up of two elements. The target and the link. The syntaxt for the target is:

I've made a lot of space here so that you can see the "Jump" happen - if the link and target are both visible it isn't always possible to see if it is working!
