USA Karate 

This is the web page for DSI Senior Instructor Mike Tucker (as well as Chris Brown and Robert Andresakis) located in Houston, TX. Mike is a 5th dan in Torite-jutsu and Okinawan Kempo Karate-do.

 

Patrick's Karate Super Center 

This is the web site for DSI Instructor Michael Patrick (4th dan, Torite-jutsu and 4th dan Isshinryu Karate-do). Michael is located in Greenville, just outside of Knoxville, TN.

 

To-Ri Karate Institute of San Antonio 

This is the web site for DSI Instructor James McDaniel (3rd dan, Torite-jutsu and 3rd dan, Okinawan Kempo Karate-do). James is located in San Antonio, TX. James is one of the oldest DSI people around. If you are in his area, look him up.

electronic Martial Spirit of Southern Africa 

This is a web site set up by DSI member Greg Solomon of South Africa. It is of primary interest to martial artists located in Southern Africa, but he has an interesting set of links on his page that all may find interesting. Martial arts are alive and well in Southern Africa.

 

Bubishi.com 

This is a web site set up by DSI member W. Kent Bergstrom. He has a variety of different information there on martial arts and healing. It is a relatively new site with more and more information being added on a regular basis.

 

International Guild of Danse De Rue Savate 

This is the web site that DSI member Dr. Kevin Menard is associated with. It is the official website for the International Guild of Danse De Rue Savate and Professor Paul-Raymond "Popeye" Buitron III. Professor Buitron is one of the highest ranked instructors of traditional Savate in the United States. If you are interested in the traditional European fighting art, check out this site.

 

Albany Martial Arts Institute 

This is the web site for DSI member Brian "The Other One" McCarthy. Brian studies "things Japanese" and is a great resource to many of us on the Internet. His site concentrates primarily on Vee Jitsu Ryu Jujitsu and Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do.

Juko Kai International Web Site  

This is the official website for the Juko Kai International, headed up by Dr. Rod Sacharnoski. They have a bit of information there on the forms of Todie (tuite) that they teach. They are most well known for their demonstration of "hard ki".

 

International Ryukyu Karate Research Society 

This is the official web site for Kiyoshi Patrick McCarthy and the organization that he runs. There is a great deal of information there on koryu bujutsu (old style martial arts) and the tremendous amount of research that Kiyoshi McCarthy has done and published.

 

Academy of Ryukyu Kempo  

This is the web site for Mike Minor who is a 6th dan instructor who studies directly under Sensei Seiyu Oyata. Sensei Oyata is one of the people directly responsible for opening the doors of learning in Kyusho and Tuite to the West. If you are looking for info on what Sensei Oyata teaches, this is a great place to start.
