Paul's new car!!!

A 'may 1992' Corrado G60. A face lifted Corrado with the three slat grill and bulgy bonnet. The car is completely standard at the moment I bought it from its original [Dr] owner with 66500 miles on the clock. How could I resist? I've owned cabbys for 8 years now my present car for 7 years. I say 'present car' as I still have the cabriolet. A friend of mine says that he will buy it from me for £2800 do you think thats ok?

I couldn't afford a Vr6 and am a bit pissed off that the G60 seems to be the forgotten Corrado. The only thing really wrong with the G60 is the lack of drama. Acceleration is rapid with a strange whirring sound from the engine. Perhaps the only thing is the sound of the V6? But the G60 handles better due to the lack of weight in the front end. Its almost/is the same engine as the cabby but with a supercharger forcing air in....bit worried about the supercharger though after speaking to tons of people and searching the internet it seems a rebuild should be in order after 40000miles? I'll see how it goes .

What I propose to do with the site is make it a more Vw performance orientated. I'll leave all the cabby stuff on the web site and gladly answer any questions on them but obviously it will include stuff on the Corrado too. And mk2 Gtis my wifes car can just be seen in the picture.
