The Bible Trading Game
If you want to end your turn at any point, click - End Turn. The Status Bar in the lower part of the window will keep you informed of things once you have started. The main object of the game, which is very similar to a well know board game, is to accumulate as much wealth as possible at the expense of your opponent - the computer. You begin the game with 2000 Shekels each and proceed to use this money to purchase Bible towns and cities and rivers. In order to increase their value - that is the amount you will be paid if the computer lands on your property - you must purchase 'credits'. Credits are obtained by your Bible knowledge about the places in the game. You need 100 S to buy a credit, but your total worth is increased by 200 S if you choose correctly. There are three categories of choice: Person Book Event You can mix and match these three options to obtain up to 4 credits, so enhancing the value of your property. If you make a mistake, the turn goes to the other player, but you can choose more if and when you land on there again. Please note that in any one game you may only make a correct selection once for each place. Be careful that you have enough cash in hand, as if you run out, the computer will claim the game. You may stop the game at any point - the winner then is the one with the greatest worth. The Status line and various little pop-up windows will keep you well informed of your progress and what you should do next. You also throw the dice and choose the credits for the computer, so if you know your stuff, you can make sure it loses and you win! |
