Ingredients[Loaf]

Instructions:

  1. Grease a large, deep baking tin (about 1.5 inches high)
  2. Soak the bread in a large mixing bowl
  3. Squeeze most of the water from the bread but leave moist
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients
  5. Mix well
  6. Tip the mixture into the baking tin and smooth the top
  7. Score the top with a fork
  8. Sprinkle with sugar
  9. Bake at 165 degrees for about 2 hours
  10. Remove from the oven and
