A 25% deposit is required to confirm
your booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks
before the start of your holiday.
A £200 security deposit
will be required - this is fully refundable if you leave the
house as you found it. |

Check-in Information |
You will be able to enter the house
after 4pm
on the day of your arrival.
On the day of departure you will need to leave the
house by
10am.
We can be flexible upon request as long as it does not disrupt
other guests.
From the end of May to the end of September, our changeover day
is a Saturday, flexible at other times of the year. |

What is included in these prices? |
Fluffy feather/down duvets and pillows, electricity*, gas,
heating,
water charges and logs for the fire
are all included in
our prices.
In addition, we
have made it a policy to ensure that the house will be stocked
with the following items before your arrival: toilet paper,
dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, teatowels, washing up
liquid, dustbin liners, all cleaning equipment, and basic
kitchen condiments - salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, herbs &
spices, etc.
There is a
telephone at the house which you can use whenever you like -
at the end of your stay we will log on to the France Telecom
website to get an itemised bill for the cost of your calls which
we will deduct from your deposit.

*Electricity - the rental charge includes an allowance for electricity:
£15.00 per week (Jun - Aug)
£20.00 per week (Apr, May, Sep, Oct)
£25.00 per week (Nov - Mar)
Any electricity used over and above this will be charged at cost
(so far, no-one has ever exceeded the allowance). |
