Pan Feeding Systems

Dalton Engineering is in the enviable position of having a complete range of feed pans to suit any requirement. The final choice for the customer will be the result of careful evaluation of all the characteristics of the various feeding systems.

Alongside VDL Agrotech, we offer a complete and unique feeding system concept – “Progress Line”.

The concept comprises of 3 systems:

• Progress Classic, a simple proven concept feeding system, at a competitive price.

• Progress Advance, equipped with a flood window and adjustment ring used for the first few days of the crop. Additional advantages are the lower labour costs of set up and the quick start of the chicks.

• Progress Special, this pan has no grill. The feed level adjuster has fins to divide the pan into compartments. This ensures easy access to the food and promotes more efficient and uniform feed intake, as well as labour saving and excellent technical results. The pan is extremely easy to clean and self drains after washing. Variations allow this style of pan to be used for a wide variety of poultry types including selective feeding of Male Breeder birds. These pans may be fitted retrospectively on to any 45mm tube delivery system.
