Artist resident in Windsor, England, with wide experience in watercolours of all subjects which, beside human and animal portraits, also include architectural subjects. In the case of portraits, is also able to capture a likeness.

Children are a speciality, as are paintings of Windsor Castle, Windsor & Eton Bridge and their environs. Subjects are rendered to be as life-like and convincing as possible with particular attention to lighting and surface detail, so that the viewer feels as if they are looking out of a window at the scene or person.

Work is done from clients' photographs which will be returned.

Backgrounds can be altered to clients' specifications and several photographs can be montaged into one picture, e.g. to create a family group from individual photographs. Animals etc., can also be placed seamlessly into pictures of children or adults and are adequately researched, not only for accuracy but their relative size to the human subject.

Work is securely packed and dispatched via air mail, the price includes postage and packing.
Prices are reasonable, starting at £120.00 for the smallest size. An estimate will be given on sight of the job before any work is undertaken. In the event of a cancellation, all material will be returned for a nominal charge of £5.00. Size can be anything from 12" x 8" up to 36" x 36".

Worked in advertising agencies for a number of years and is a practising graphic designer who is also a freelance Mac specialist. Watercolours have always been a major interest because of the challenges that the medium presents, it is no exaggeration to say that Grace Meeking is a master of the art. This skill has been acquired over the years, and is a perfect counterpart to the computer-assisted design work. Has done watercolours for many clients in the USA, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.

The Artist loves her work, is her own sternest critic, and works practically non-stop; time means little to her, and whether working at her drawing-board or at the computer, will keep working on a project until the job is right. Other people call it "giving value for money".
