- Henley Food Festival - A showcase for chefs, restaurateurs, food & wine. Due to difficulties finding a suitable site for 2008, the organisers have postponed the Henley Food Festival to May 2009 when it will be held at the prestigeous river side venue of the Phyllis Court Club - Henley.
- Special Events: Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Festival of Music, The Asian Music Festival, Veteran's Boat Rally and Royal Ascot
- Recreation & Activities: cycling, walking, boating, golf and tennis. Almost all recreation activities available
- Shopping: Henley is a great town for visitors who like shopping. Many of the shops are small, independent and interesting. Henley is a good place for Christmas shopping, or buying that last minute gift!
- Attractions: River and Rowing Museum, Stonor Park and Grey's Court
- Recommended Local Restaurants: Henley boasts a plethora of fine restaurants and local Pubs serving home cooked food and traditional ales. You can eat 'around the world' - Thai, Greek, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian and Himalayan cuisine are all within easy walking distance. We are able to advise guests according to their particular tastes. For gastronauts, Anthony Worrell Thompson has two wonderful pub restaurants just a ten minute drive from Lenwade.
