Expert Witness Work

We undertake Expert Witness work for a wide variety of construction projects ranging from small domestic projects up to large commercial disputes. Simon Bastone Associates Ltd has a portfolio of complex Expert Witness work which has been undertaken. Expert Witness work will always be undertaken by a chartered Engineer, utilising other staff as backup for design checks, research and site monitoring work.

When acting as Expert Witness, our Expert Witness reports are prepared for the benefit of the court and it is a requirement that they are professionally prepared and completely impartial.
