Different security levels with master keys provide a layered approach to fleet management. For example, a Fleet Director could possess one master key that unlocks all GearLocks fitted in all company vehicles. The Director's managers could possess department keys that can only unlock GearLocks in the company vehicles of their department and finally the main driver would possess a unique key that will only unlock the one GearLock fitted in their vehicle.
