Produced at the N.C.C.A this piece was commissioned  by Big Finish producer of Doctor Who on audio. 

Software

Softimage was used to model and animate the penguin with textures produced in Photoshop and Gimp.Particles were rendered in Soft’ Particle and Houdini used for composting

Notes

The Penguin was in modelled,in nurbs, and set up for animation in two days

The design of the character comes from his appearances in Marvel comics, the client wanted to retain the cartoon feel but a add level of realism.The final design was the result of much consultation
