- The DETR have published Draft Guidelines Hedge Height &
Light Loss for use whilst calculating whether a hedge is causing a nuisance (see

Bill, in a non-technical manner, are available. The DETR have published a briefing note
describing the Bill and its history and also a Regulatory Impact Assessment.
