DETR -  Circular 10/97 - Enforcing Planning Control: Legislative Provisions and Procedural Requirements.

This circular was published in July 1997 and provides guidance relating to enforcement legislation and the procedures for its use. This circular updates the earlier guidance published in circulars 21/91 and 17/92.
