| The National Association of
Tree Officers (NATO) is a UK based, independent organisation that represents and
distributes the views and concerns of Tree Officers nation-wide. Membership is open to all
local authorities. NATO contributes to various other organisations including government
departments. They produce a quarterly newsletter, a professional development manual and
support numerous discounted training modules.
NATO is currently administered from the ISA European office.
