To celebrate our location in the heart of literary London, Southwark Playhouse has commissioned a brand new adaptation of one of Dickens' most theatrical novels. This is a world of curiosities; the world of little Nell, Dick Swiveller and the terrifying villain Quilp; sinister corners and impossible journeys; dastardly lawyers, a day at the races and the mischievous spirit of Mr. Punch. Dickens' storytelling genius is served by an eight-strong company of actors, music both traditional and original, and an unrivalled Dickensian location....
