The balcony provides almost the best vantage point on the entire Island for watching boats, whether they are racing or just messing about. The start line for the Volvo Round the World race was directly in front of the appartment, and there was no better place to watch the fireworks at the end of the America's Cup. The photo is a little old, there is now a lovely teak table and chairs, comfortably seating eight with parasol. The barbeque can just be seen on the left. Oh and the satellite dish has gone!
